Introduction

Jewellery purchased from Lucie Campbell is non refundable and non exchangeable, unless otherwise agreed, or with the exceptions mentioned below.

Diamond Set Eternity Rings

As most of our eternity rings are set with diamonds fully around the ring, they are unable to be sized.

We offer therefore to customers purchasing these items as gifts, that they may be exchanged for the correct size, as long as the ring is returned in its original condition.

Rings must be exchanged within 14 days (unless otherwise agreed).

The offer of exchange does not apply to rings that have been made as a specific special order.

Diamond Engagement Rings

Whilst buying an engagement ring as a surprise is incredibly romantic, we appreciate to some it proves a daunting task. We are happy to advise as much as possible and we are pleased to offer in these circumstances that the ring maybe exchanged, if necessary, after it has been presented. An exchange is offered for items of similar or higher value only. The ring will only be exchanged if it is in its original condition, and if all relevant documents are returned.
